The team at New York Laser Clinic (NYLC) were looking to revamp their online presence to align with their prestigious brand image as a leading beauty & aesthetics clinic in London. A key element that the client wanted us to keep in mind while designing was to ensure the site didn’t look too feminine. Sometimes when you design using skin tones it can come across this way, so we changed the main brand colour to keep it gender neutral, inviting and inclusive.

In 2020, NYLC approached Rocket Healthcare Marketing for SEO enhancements. Upon evaluation, our team identified significant structural and design flaws hindering the site's performance. Recognising the need for a comprehensive overhaul, we proposed a complete website redesign to NYLC as well as some key SEO updates.

Given the technical challenges and poor conversion rates, our developers initiated a full-scale reconstruction of the website. Using a new installation, we rebuilt each page from the ground up to address existing issues.
